Compatibly with work commitments, we try to ship as soon as possible. Generally, we ship the material within the first Saturday following the order. Be patient, we will keep you informed.

Custom orders can take up to 30 days, depending on the project.

Once the shipment is complete, you will receive an email from our website, informing you of the shipment and the tracking number. Since that time, we are no longer responsible for the following points:

  1. Economic shipments (untracked, such as International Priority) are not subject to refund or coverage in the event of delay or loss. These shipments can be delayed for up to 60 days in the event of loss and recovery, and we cannot provide refunds on these transactions.

  2. Shipments with addresses communicated incorrectly or incompletely are not subject to reimbursement or coverage in the event of delay or loss. Please check the data provided several times, and in case of an error, notify us as soon as possible.

  3. If a tracked shipment is lost, we will try to activate the legally assigned channels to get a refund on the shipment. We ask you to wait for the time required by the bureaucracy strictly linked to the shipping method chosen.

  4. If a shipment is lost due to our proven error, we will be the first to send the goods back to you at our expense.

  5. If the goods deemed lost or delayed have been returned to the sender, the reason for the problem will be evaluated and the following will be done:

    1. If the mistake was on our side, we will send the goods to you as soon as possible, the costs at our expense  

    2. If the error is on the customer's side, we will correct and resend, at the customer's expense

Exchange and returns policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the goods, he can notify us and return the material to the address provided by us within 14 days of receipt, subject to agreement between the parties. The object must be intact, in the original state. Shipping must be paid by the customer, and will be reimbursed for the cost of the product only, excluding shipping (including taxes).

If the customer receives a product that is damaged or does not conform to the photos / descriptions, please contact us and let us know the problem. We will be happy to resolve any situation as soon as possible.

If the customer is not satisfied with the goods, he can let us know and send back the material to the address we supplied within 14 days of receipt, subject to agreement between the parties. The object must be intact, in its original state. The shipment must be paid by the customer, and we will reimburse only for the cost of the product, excluding shipping (taxes included).

If the customer receives a product that is damaged or does not comply with the photos / descriptions, please contact us and let us know the problem. We will be happy to resolve any situation as soon as possible.
